Composition: Chinese cordyceps, Pu-erh tea (aged at least 3 years), chrysanthemum flowers, sage, self-heal, honeysuckle, astragalus.
How to use
Place one sachet of Fohow Liuwei Cha tea in hot but not boiling water (60–80 °C) and leave for 1–3 minutes. One sachet makes 4–5 cups. You can brew the whole amount at once and drink it through the day, or re-brew one sachet 4–5 times a day with a cup of hot water — in that case steep it more briefly the first few times. With the second method the later cups are less concentrated, which helps avoid disturbed sleep.
The tea Fohow Liuwei Cha can be taken in targeted courses of 25 days or longer, several times a year, or simply enjoyed as a tea to unwind or recover. Rich and fresh in aroma and gently sweet, it can be drunk on its own or sweetened with sugar or honey.

How to use
Place one sachet of Fohow Liuwei Cha tea into hot but not boiling water (60-80 ºC) and leave to stand for 1-3 minutes. One sachet is enough for 4-5 cups of tea. You can brew the whole amount at once and drink it in portions through the day, or infuse a single sachet 4-5 times a day with one cup of hot water, steeping it more briefly on the first infusions. With the second method the later cups are weaker, so you are less likely to find your sleep disturbed.
