A food supplement in capsules, with linchzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) and Chinese cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) mushroom powders.

Linchzhi mycelium powder, linchzhi ascospore powder, Chinese cordyceps mycelium powder.

About the raw materials

Linchzhi (Ganoderma lucidum, reishi) is a mushroom that grows on the roots and trunks of certain trees. It has been recorded in Eastern tradition for more than two thousand years.

Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) is an ascomycete that grows on the Tibetan plateau at around 4 km altitude.

Production method: cell membranes are broken down at low temperature.

How to take

Adults: 1–2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning or at midday, about 1 hour before a meal. The exact daily dose is stated on the pack. It is advisable to take it for no longer than 2–3 months; the course may be repeated after a break of a few months.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the stated daily dose.
• Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients; stop taking it if an allergic reaction occurs.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children should consult a doctor before use.
• If you take medicines or have a chronic condition, consult your doctor and do not stop treatment your doctor has prescribed.
• A food supplement must not be used as a substitute for food.

Storage and pack

Store in a dry, dark place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of the reach of children.

Pack: 24 capsules of 500 mg. Best before 18 months from the production date shown on the pack.
