The Sanbao oral elixir is one of the most significant products developed by the Fohow research institute.
Cordyceps mushroom (Cordyceps sinensis) — an ascomycete fungus that grows on the Tibetan plateau at around 4 km altitude. In the East, cordyceps has for centuries been considered the most valuable of plants. It contains antioxidants (beta-carotene, vitamins E and C), selenium, zinc, ubiquinone, polysaccharides and other valuable substances — more than 70 micro- and macro-elements in all.
In traditional Chinese practice, cordyceps has long been used to support the body's strength and vitality. It helps maintain normal metabolism and contributes to supporting the body's self-regulating mechanisms.
Lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) — the mushroom is rich in amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (particularly C and D), minerals, polysaccharides and terpenoids. It helps support the body's adaptation under stress and heavy mental or physical load (an adaptogenic action).
Mountain ant (Polyrhachis vicina Roger) extract contains up to 55% protein, along with minerals, amino acids, vitamins and inorganic salts.
Shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes) — a traditionally valued mushroom containing the polysaccharide lentinan and other active substances.
Himalayan honey — a natural product rich in vitamins and macro- and micro-elements.
Sanbao oral elixir is suited to:

How to use the Sanbao oral elixir:
In the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast — rinse the mouth with water, clean the teeth and tongue, drink half a glass of warm water, then take the elixir (using the straw provided or a graduated syringe). The minimum daily dose is 5 ml. If needed, the dose may be increased to 2 bottles (60 ml) a day, taken as one bottle in the morning and one in the evening. Increase the dose gradually.
Shake before use.

Composition: 80% Chinese cordyceps, 6% linchzhi (Ganoderma lucidum), mountain ant (polyrhachis vicina Roger) extract, the aromatic shiitake mushroom, Himalayan honey.
The cordyceps mushroom (Cordyceps sinensis) - a member of the ascomycete division of the higher fungi, growing on the Tibetan plateau at about 4 km altitude. The spore of the fungus enters the larva of a ghost moth (Hepialidae), germinates in spring and uses the nutrients of the larva, later attaching itself to plant roots and feeding from them.
Cordyceps is a fungus traditionally used in East Asian cooking and herbalism.
Linchzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) - a mushroom that grows on the roots and trunks of certain kinds of trees. Long used in Eastern tradition.
Ants - one of the most firmly established and most widespread insect families on Earth, with a stable genetic structure and qualities that let them survive and adapt. At present only one species of ant is permitted for use in food and wellbeing products. Mountain ants have traditionally been used in the East since time immemorial in food and in cosmetics. The ants are activated by freezing, the membranes of the tissue cells are broken down using sub-nanometre technology and extraction then takes place at low temperature - all of which makes it possible to obtain up to 98% of the valuable substances from the mountain ant raw material.
The aromatic mushroom, or shiitake (Lentinus edodes) - a traditionally valued mushroom containing the polysaccharide lentinan and other active substances.
Himalayan honey is one of the natural ingredients in the composition.
Warnings:
- do not exceed the recommended dose
- it is best taken for no longer than 2-3 months. If needed, the course can be repeated after a break of a few months
- do not take it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
- stop taking it if an allergic reaction occurs
- adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women and children - consult a doctor before use
- must not be used as a substitute for food
How to use Sanbao oral elixir:
