Konjac (Amorphophallus konjac) — a plant native to Japan, China and Indonesia, used in Eastern medicine and cooking for more than 2,000 years. Konjac glucomannan, the active substance obtained from its root, absorbs water in the gut and swells; it increases stool volume and softens its consistency, easing bowel movements; it is an indigestible dietary fibre. Konjac glucomannan itself is neither digested nor absorbed, and passes through the body.
Chitosan— a natural polysaccharide that swells and is not absorbed from the digestive tract. Chitosan also forms stable compounds with heavy-metal salts. Used as a dietary fibre supplement.
Spirulina— a green alga rich in readily absorbed amino acids, vitamins, trace elements and phycocyanin, which contributes to maintaining normal metabolism and the activity of the immune system.
Dietary fibre— high-molecular-weight cellulose that swells in the digestive tract to occupy a large volume. Taken with food, it supports intestinal motility and the secretion of digestive juices, slows the absorption of sugar in the gut, helps the gut microflora produce a range of vitamins, and supports the body's natural clearing processes.
Composition: Konjac glucomannan, chitosan, spirulina and fruit and vegetable dietary fibre. Excipients: rice starch, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).
For adults:
For more intensive use: 4–8 tablets 30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water, twice a day.
For everyday support: 2–4 tablets 30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water, twice a day, or before a fatty meal only.
In either case you may start with a lower dose.
Recommended for 2–8 weeks; the course may be extended if needed.

In both cases you may start with a smaller dose.
It is advisable to take them for 2-8 weeks, and to extend the course if needed.
Warnings:
Not to be used as a substitute for food!
