Active components: cartilage peptide (IPH AEN), marine collagen concentrate, calcium (calcium bisglycinate), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), copper (copper gluconate), biotin. excipients: capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, capsule colorant: copper complexes of chlorophyllins (E141ii), pregelatinized corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose.

Dosage:
Adults: 1–2 capsules twice a day with meals, taken with water. Recommended course duration: 1 month. The course may be repeated after 3–6 months.
