Foherb and FOHOW have similar names, related packaging, and some products even share a title. Confusing the two is easy. There is a real difference, though, and it is consistent: the two lines rest on different groups of raw material. This article sets out what Foherb is, which products belong to it, and how to choose between the lines.
package_2 Foherb is a line from the same group
Foherb is a line of the FOHOW group. Same manufacturer, same quality standards, and the same notification in Lithuania — every Foherb supplement sold here is notified to the State Food and Veterinary Service (VMVT).
What differs is the emphasis. The FOHOW line leans on classic traditional Chinese formulations: cordyceps, ganoderma, rose paste. The Foherb line uses more plant and nutritional raw materials — spirulina, collagen, protein and soy peptide powders.
There are thirteen Foherb products on GAVAU.LT — the same number as in the FOHOW line, which is a good reason to know how the two differ.

checklist Where the lines overlap
Four names appear in both lines: Meigui, Sanqing, Sanbao and linchzhi. These are NOT the same products in different boxes — the formulations and pack sizes differ.
FOHOW Sanqing, for instance, comes as 4 vials of 30 ml, while Foherb Sanqing comes as 12 vials of 10 ml. The total volume is similar but the single serving is smaller.
Sanbao works the same way: the FOHOW version is 4 x 30 ml, Foherb 6 x 30 ml. It is worth opening both product pages and comparing compositions before buying.
spa Choosing between the lines
If you are looking for classic traditional Chinese formulations — cordyceps elixirs, ganoderma capsules — the FOHOW line is the more direct route.
If you want to add protein, collagen or minerals to an everyday diet, the Foherb line has products for that which the FOHOW line does not carry.
Both lines are made in the same factory and sold in the same shop, so they can be combined in one order with no restrictions.
verified_user Quality and notification
Every Foherb supplement sold here is notified to VMVT. The list of notified supplements can be checked in the public VMVT register.
Notification is a registration procedure — it is not a confirmation of safety or efficacy. The manufacturer declares GMP-certified production.
The exact composition, best-before date and directions for each product are on the pack and on the product page.
