The FOHOW range looks scattered at first — vials, capsules, tubes, sachets. In fact it falls into a few clear groups, and once you see them, choosing gets much easier. This article is not about what the products supposedly do. It is about what they are: the form, the pack, the raw material and how the manufacturer says to take them.
package_2 What FOHOW is
FOHOW (Fohow Health Products Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese manufacturer making food supplements to traditional Chinese medicine formulations. The factory address is printed on every pack: 245, Long xia road, Dou men district, Zhuhai, China.
GAVAU.LT has stocked FOHOW since the shop opened and is the first and longest-running FOHOW shop in Lithuania. Every supplement sold here is notified to the State Food and Veterinary Service of Lithuania (VMVT). Notification is a registration procedure — it is not a confirmation of safety or efficacy.
There are currently thirteen FOHOW products in the range. Below they are grouped by form, because form is the first thing worth looking at when choosing.
science Drinking elixirs in vials
The largest group. The liquid comes in small vials, each drunk in one go. What differs is the pack size and the formulation.
Fohow Oral Cordyceps — 4 vials of 30 ml. The Legend Edition — 6 vials of 30 ml. Fohow Sanbao Cordyceps — 4 x 30 ml. Fohow Sancin drinking elixir (Sanqing Liquid) — 4 x 30 ml.
The common thread is cordyceps extract. Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) is a mushroom that grows naturally on the Tibetan plateau above 3500 metres, and it has been valued in traditional Chinese practice for centuries. The exact composition of each elixir is given on its own product page.
inventory_2 Capsules and tablets
FOHOW Linchzhi capsules (Linchzhi Ganoderma) are made from Ganoderma lucidum, known in Chinese as linchzhi and in Japanese as reishi. The mushroom appears in Chinese writing going back more than two thousand years.
Xueqingfu capsules with nattokinase — 120 capsules per pack. Nattokinase is an enzyme derived from natto, a fermented soybean product.
Fohow Gaoqian nutritional tablets — 144 tablets. Fohow Haicao Gai liquid calcium — 100 tablets. Guifei Bao — tamponised capsules for women, 6 per pack.
spa Pastes, tea and gel
Meigui fruit paste comes in two sizes: a 120 g tube and a 360 g pack. The paste is based on rose and fruit components.
Liuwei Cha tea — 25 sachets of 2 g. A classic herbal tea format, brewed with hot water.
Fohow aloe gel — 50 g. The only external-use product in the group; it is not a food supplement and is not taken by mouth.
checklist Choosing a form
Drinking elixirs suit anyone who dislikes swallowing capsules, and they carry an obvious single dose — one vial. The trade-off is that the packs are heavier and cost more to ship.
Capsules and tablets are compact, keep longer and travel well. Pastes and teas sit closest to ordinary food and are taken as part of the everyday diet.
In every case the exact method, daily dose and course length are stated on the pack itself. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

We dispatch FOHOW orders the same or the next working day. Delivery within Lithuania takes 1–2 working days with LP Express, to a parcel locker or to your door.
Two options go abroad: DHL Express (2–4 working days) or standard registered shipping (2–10 working days). Times run from the day of dispatch.
