A mineral complex supplied 120 tablets to a pack. The composition is calcium, iron, zinc and selenium.
Directions: 2 tablets a day, taken with water at mealtimes. This is stated on the pack.
These four minerals are recognised nutrients that the body obtains from food. A supplement is one way of adding them to an everyday diet.

When choosing any mineral supplement, the information that matters most is the quantity per serving and how it relates to the nutrient reference value. That information is on the pack.
If you already take another supplement containing the same minerals, add the quantities together and make sure you are not exceeding the recommended daily dose.
