science Protein powder — 300 g
A complex protein powder supplied in a 300 g tub. The composition lists whey protein, soy protein isolate, inulin, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), psyllium husk, oat flour and corn flour.
It is the only Foherb product supplied in a larger tub rather than in sachets. The serving size is stated on the pack.
Protein is a macronutrient — with carbohydrates and fat it makes up the basis of an everyday diet. A powder is one way of adding some when food provides less than you would like.
science Soy peptide powder — 15 sachets
Supplied in individual sachets, 15 to a pack. The serving is pre-measured, so nothing needs weighing.
Soy peptides are produced by breaking soy protein into shorter amino acid chains. That is a manufacturing process, not a statement about an effect.

spa Collagen with cordyceps — 15 sachets
Also 15 sachets to a pack. The formula combines collagen peptides with cordyceps extract — the only Foherb product that brings both lines' raw materials into one sachet.
Collagen is a protein that makes up a large part of connective tissue. In supplements it is usually used in hydrolysed form so that it dissolves better.
Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) is a mushroom valued in traditional Chinese practice for centuries. Here it is part of the composition; the exact quantity is on the pack.
checklist Sachets or a tub
Sachets suit travel and the office: the serving is measured, with no spoon or scales needed. The trade-off is more packaging waste and usually a higher price per gram.
The 300 g tub is more economical but you measure the serving yourself. Once opened, store as directed on the pack.
In every case the recommended daily dose is stated on the pack. Do not exceed it. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
