About NPCRIZ and the Khavinson Institute

Last updated:

The Saint Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology

NPCRIZ peptide products are the result of long-term research at the Saint Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology (also known as the Prof. Vladimir Khavinson Institute). The institute was founded in 1992 on the initiative of Prof. Vladimir Khavinson (1946–2024).

Over 30+ years of activity, the institute has published more than 800 scientific papers, obtained 200+ patents, and conducted clinical trials with thousands of patients.

Peptide bioregulators — the scientific basis

Peptide bioregulators (Cytomaxes and Cytogens) are short peptide chains (typically 2–4 amino acids) that recognize target tissues through a molecular "lock-and-key" mechanism. Selectivity is the key property of these peptides: Libidon peptides act only on prostate cells, Vladonix only on thymus cells.

Unlike hormones or medications, peptides act on natural regulatory processes, helping damaged or aged cells regain functional activity. The dose is measured in micrograms, so risk and side-effect profiles are low.

Quality control and certification

NPCRIZ products are manufactured to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. The purity, concentration, and microbiological cleanliness of each batch are verified in independent laboratories. Products carry EAC certification and are registered as dietary supplements.

Note: NPCRIZ peptide products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult your physician before use.
