## Description
Food supplement
Ingredients: natto extract, grape seed extract, jiaogulan extract, gelatine.Natto beans are a traditional soy food eaten in Japan for more than 1000 years. They are made by fermenting cooked soybeans with a particular strain of Bacillus subtilis var. natto. During fermentation the bacteria multiply and produce the enzyme nattokinase, with which natto's properties are associated. Nattokinase was once obtained from natto extract; today it is produced using non-GM Bacillus subtilis var. natto grown on non-GM soy.
How to use: 2–3 capsules 1–2 times a day, with warm water.Increase the dose gradually: 1 capsule a day in the first week, adding one more capsule each week if needed.Note: take care if you are also using conventional blood-thinning medication (aspirin or similar).Precautions
