Composition Linchzhi mycelium powder, linchzhi ascospore powder, Chinese cordyceps mycelium powder. About the raw materials Linchzhi (Ganoderma lucidum, reishi) is a mushroom that grows on the roots and trunks of certain trees. It has been recorded in Eastern tradition for more than two thousand years. Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) is an ascomycete that grows on the Tibetan plateau at around 4 km altitude. Production method: cell membranes are broken down at low temperature. How to take Adults: 1–2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning or at midday, about 1 hour before a meal. The exact daily dose is stated on the pack. It is advisable to take it for no longer than 2–3 months; the course may be repeated after a break of a few months.
