The pineal gland is an important part of the nervous system and takes part in coordinating the body’s physiological processes. It plays an important role in regulating the circadian rhythm and the body’s biological activity. One of its main functions is to produce melatonin. Composition (in 1 capsule): Amino acid complex (NC/1 peptide complex, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan): 200 mg Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri) leaf extract: 100 mg Melatonin: 0.25 mg Vitamin C: 80 mg (133.33% NRV) Selenium: 55 mcg (78.57% NRV) Vitamin A: 800 mcg (100% NRV) Dosage: Adults: for 1 month, take one capsule a day 30 minutes after a meal, with plenty of water.
