# MyRealWay Peptides The multi-component “My Real Way” peptide complexes are modern, new-generation food supplements, made to supplement the daily diet and to help maintain general vitality. “3 + 1” means three groups of nutrients in a single plant-based capsule:Group I – the base component of every preparation is a complex of physiologically active, low-molecular-weight peptides of animal origin.
